I am a Realtor working for the best company in Michigan — RE/MAX Platinum. (OK, maybe I am biased, but I do believe it.) I am also a hairstylist for Headstart Hairstyling in Plymouth.

I’ve been married to my husband, Jerry, for almost 34 years, and I am mother to three grown children: Jared, 29; Maria, 26; and Jeff, who will be 22 in June. I live on 22 acres in the South Lyon area, where we always have something going on, whether it’s planting in the garden, playing volleyball in the pool, harvesting, hunting, four-wheeling, barbecing, snowmobiling, or working on the house, yard or toys. We have lived in the South Lyon area since 1985.

I have been working as a hairstylist for about 35 years, and in that time I bought and sold two salon , a commercial rental property, and a party store in South Lyon with a liquor license, full deli, grocery, Lotto and all that we ran for about 5 1/2 years. I have worn many hats and worked at a lot of places; of all the places I've been, RE/MAX Platinum has felt like family since the day I began.
