Buy Now... Mortgage Rates Hit New Lows...!
Mortgage Rates surveyed by Freddie Mac hit new lows this week.
Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey showed rates on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages averaging 3.91 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week ending Dec. 22, down from 3.94 percent last week and 4.81 percent a year ago.

If you are considering Buying a Home, now is the time to buy while home prices are still low and affordable. Home prices 6-8% over the same peroid in 2010, are increasing.
Be sure that you find and work with a good "Buyer's Agent". WHY you ask?... If you have the listing agent show you a home, his loyalty & interests are ONLY to the Home's Seller… not yours, the Buyer. He is the Seller’s Agent.
You should work with a Realtor that considers only your interests. Find a Buyer’s Agent who has the tools to be able to find all the homes currently listed that meet your buying criteria and notify you the same day as new ones come on the market.
