Hello, Michael Morgan here. I am in Real Estate because I enjoy working for people to help them navigate both Buying and Selling property, whether its vacant land, a previously loved/owned home, or a Brand new build/new construction home. I go above and beyond for my clients, especially in new construction homes. Having worked for smaller and larger Residential Building companies, I am able to be a strong advocate for my Buyers when I attend the first meeting with the Builder, appointments for colors & material selections, site visits, and all the way to the closing. My work experience in Building has let me gain knowledge regarding Perc testing in regards to Vacant Land purchases for new construction and also when it comes time to do a well & septic inspection for previously owned homes.

Outside of new construction, I enjoy traveling all over our great state of Michigan assisting my experienced clients, as well as 1st time buyers with their home and property searches and purchases. With over 23 years in the Real Estate business and 15 years in the Residential & Commercial Building businesses with all types of clients, I can help streamline the process and make sure attention is paid to all the details.

When working with Sellers, my contractor & vendor connections & experience with building and remodeling uniquely positions me to help get their home ready to sell. From guiding you through repairs to knowing what renovations and staging will benefit most, we will work together to prepare and best present your home on the market to get the most return on possibly one of your biggest investments!
